Apple Pie Fudge

3/4 cups apple cider

6 ounces unsalted butter

5 ounces evaporated milk

3 cups granulated sugar

2 cups white chocolate chips (chopped)

3/4 cups dried apple (diced)

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoons nutmeg

1/4 teaspoons allspice

1/4 cups caramel sauce (homemade or prepared)

  1. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper or foil
  2. Combine cider, butter, evaporated milk and sugar in a medium, deep saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and boil for five minutes, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
  3. Remove from heat. Add white chocolate, diced apple, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. Stir until white chocolate is completely dissolved.
  4. Pour into prepared baking dish. Drizzle caramel on top of the fudge and use a knife to swirl through the mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least three hours or overnight. To serve, cut into squares.
