Pink Lady

The Pink Lady variety can be distinguished by its radiant pink color over a greenish-yellow background. Firm, crisp flesh with a unique tangy-tart sweet flavor. An all around great apple. Excellent for snacking, baking and in salads. This is the last apple harvested in Washington State in late October. The late maturity of the Pink Lady allows for the crisp fall nights to bring on the bright pink color that its named for.
