The Fuji Apple is yellow-green with red highlights to full red in color. This immensely flavored apple was introduced to the U.S. in the 1980's. A flavor profile that is super sweet, crisp and juicy. Known for its hard texture that holds when baked. Excellent for eating fresh as well as baking and cooking. Washington's unique weather allows for the perfect combination of cool nights and warm days in the Fall, bringing on its reddish-pink color and rich flavor. Fuji's are typically harvested in September and October with supply from Borton Fruit into July.
