After showing dedication, attention to detail and an above and beyond work ethic, Rosy was promoted to night shift supervisor on our primary packing line, which is her current role today. Her responsibilities are overseeing the production line to make sure all aspects are flowing smoothly as well as dealing with employee’s attendance and hiring. “I really like what I do and am very appreciative the Borton family has trusted me in this role. They are able to depend on me and that means so much,” Rosy said. “Borton Fruit has been a great company to work for and I am treated really well. Working here has helped me grow both within the company and as a person” she went onto say.
