Borton Fruit Improves Operational and Sanitation Standards

Yakima, WA - Borton Fruit strives very hard to be an industry leader when it comes to food safety. We have created new operational and sanitation standards based on the latest FSMA Preventative Controls rules and we have increased our Environmental Monitoring and Swabbing Program by over 800% in the last year. We strongly believe that our sanitation team is one of the most valuable assets in our company and we treat them accordingly. We look for every opportunity to share our experiences and knowledge and open our facilities up to our industry partners.
